Position Overview:
- Administer company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including updating and maintaining the Employee Handbook.
- Manage the process of recruitment and selection of qualified candidates including job postings, employment advertising, screenings, orientation, and onboarding.
- Administer benefits plans including medical, dental, STD & LTD insurance, and Simple IRA. Provide evaluation and recommendation for annual plan renewal options.
- Create and maintain documentation and confidential files.
- Oversee Employee Performance and Reviews.
- Coordinate Employee Training programs.
- Oversee and coordinate RMI Safety Programs, including updating and documenting conformance with the Safety Handbook and RMI Policies.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, plus four years of experience. PHR and/or SPHR a plus. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, previous recruiting experience, and demonstrated skills in employee relations.
