This technology is a game changer for sludge management!
The Shincci-USA Dryer transforms wet sludge cake into 90% solids to create a Class A Biosolids Fertilizer. This belt dryer is simple, uses low heat and energy,
and is the most cost-effective system on the market today.
Our goal for this next decade is to work with WWTFs to STOP HAULING WATER!
The Shincci-USA dryer is a simple and cost-effective technology developed in Guangzhou China. The use of low
temperature and modest energy requirements make it far less expensive than conventional dryers and pelletizers. The resulting dried product meets standards for Class A biosolids fertilizer and is a desirable end product at 90% solids. Removal of water from sludges is critical for reducing the volume of material to handle, over the road truck traffic, carbon footprint, and costs. These technologies can dewater liquid sludge and dry the generated cake sludge to 90% solids or higher.
The final product meets Class A requirements for pathogens and vector attraction reduction requirements in conformance with U.S. EPA Part 503 sludge/biosolids rules. The dewatering and drying systems are two types of solutions that can be implemented separately or jointly.
The Shincci-USA integrated dewatering and dehumidification system consists of two integrated modules: the first is a spiral filter dewatering system that dewaters the sludge from 0.25% or less to 20% total solids or more. The second is a heat pump dehumidification module that dries the 20% dewatered cake coming out of the spiral dewatering system to 90% total solids or higher resulting in Class A biosolids that meets pathogen and vector attraction reduction as per EPA Part 503 rule. And the sludge production is reduced up to 5 fold in tonnage. This results in 1 truckload to be hauled where there used to be 5 loads.
